DAO365 Community & HomeChain AISBL

Sovereign community layer for eModulus homes, digital twins, RevLog governance and AISBL membership.

UKL 0.0.0

DAO365 Ecosystem

Immune memory architecture. The philosophical core shaped by real corporate trauma — a system that refuses silent rewrites.

HomeChain AISBL

HomeChain AISBL

Belgian non-profit projected to hold a governance oversight role with veto rights (pending legal implementation) on data selling, cloud migration, and ethics degradation.

PROOF-OF-NODE

Digital Twin Ownership

One physical M-2450 module = one vote. Anti-whale cap at 5 %. NFC hinge is a Soulbound identity inseparable from the node.

P0-5

RevLog — No Silent Rewrite

Append-only SHA-256 chain. Every change carries author, timestamp, reason and previous hash. Changes are designed to require transparent audit trails.

Foundation — Manifesto & Whitepaper

Two documents define the intellectual backbone of DAO365 × eModulus. The Community Manifesto articulates the vision — sovereign nodes, immune memory and the right to digital inheritance, written for people, not engineers. The Whitepaper v1.4 is the technical determinism — P0 Invariants, RevLog architecture, Proof‑of‑Node governance, signed by the Architect 2026‑04‑28.

Governance Council — Three Tiers & Golden Share

Three-Tier Architecture

  • Tier 1 — Automatic: Node-RED and MQTT hardcoded (Safety over Energy over Comfort). No AI involved.
  • Tier 2 — AI Council: Language-model verdict against DNR.JSON. Recommends; a human decides. HITL always final.
  • Tier 3 — AISBL Vote: Weighted and logarithmic. Engaged only when Tiers 1 and 2 cannot resolve the case.

Golden Share Veto

HomeChain AISBL is projected to hold a governance oversight role with veto rights (pending legal implementation) over three classes of decision:

  • Selling member data to third parties.
  • Migrating system control from local nodes to a centralised cloud.
  • Lowering ethics or privacy standards.

Invariants Above Any Vote

Even a unanimous vote cannot override:

  • Disconnecting the life-critical heart of the engineering module.
  • Destroying the Digital Twin of a member.
  • Modifying DNR.JSON.
  • Deleting RevLog entries.
P0 Invariants — Five Architectural Laws

DNR.JSON captures the immutable invariants of the system:

  • P0-1 Zero-CDN: No external http(s):// resource in code, HTML, CSS or JS. All assets local.
  • P0-2 Local-First / Offline: Demo must work offline without network. No phone-home.
  • P0-3 Ingress Truth: Nginx is the sole production ingress. Vite 5173 dev only. API surface: only /api/order (fail-closed).
  • P0-4 Prompt Governance: SYSTEM_PROMPT never in client bundle. Lives only server-side in RO mount + proxy enforcement.
  • P0-5 RevLog: Append-only. No rewrite. Write verified only after HTTP 200. 4xx/5xx = no write.

Bridge Kernel validates every AI suggestion against these invariants before Golem may act. Pass: execute. Fail: block, notify human.

RevLog Projection — Append-Only Audit Chain

[2.2.3] RevLog Architecture

Append-only chain with SHA-256 hash in every entry. Each record carries:

  • Author — agent or human identifier
  • Timestamp — UTC epoch seconds
  • Reason — what changed and why
  • prev_hash — SHA-256 of the previous entry

If a change has no RevLog entry, it does not exist. The chain is verified by fh_file_monitor.py (read-only drift detector). Write events are only sealed after HTTP 200 confirmation — 4xx/5xx prevents write.

FractalHundo Immune Membrane [2.2.1]

Mirrors the phototransduction cascade of the human eye. Truth (Materia) is identified not by generating a new signal but by blocking background noise. Mathematically: cosine similarity between DNR.JSON reference vector and each incoming vector. Small angle = pass. Large angle = quarantine (immune memory, never deleted).

AISBL Documents — Four Pillars & Knowledge Infrastructure

Four Pillars Synthesis [F.1]

  • Quality Monopoly: EUIPO HomeChain Certification Mark with 19 criteria. Every manufacturer passes Delphin 6.1.7 hygrothermal simulation. Physics, not marketing. Result sealed to RevLog — cannot be purchased.
  • Soul Veto: AISBL Golden Share (1 %). Governance oversight block on three classes of decision (pending AISBL legal implementation). The VOC anti-pattern addressed through radical transparency.
  • Iron Cashflow: Tiered Royalty 7 %. Escrow 30/40/30. Trade credit insurance. Legal precedent in Poland since 2024.
  • Open Source Strategy: AGPLv3 core + PolyForm commercial license. Prior art blocks corporate takeover. Technology remains freely available to the community.

Knowledge Infrastructure [3.1.1 — 3.1.3]

  • Qdrant: Vector memory (temperature 0.1 for deterministic retrieval). Two collections: operational (verified) + brain-level (unverified, promoted after multi-agent validation + HITL).
  • LightRAG: Local graph semantic search. Builds multi-dimensional links between fractals. Fully local, even on modest hardware.
  • Goal Diamond: Personal UKL-based knowledge map. Each NODE member has a unique UKL prism rooted in shared DNR.JSON values.
Vortex Lab — Experimental UKL Crystal Map

Gate 0 static render of the UKL fractal knowledge map. An interactive 3D graph of all UKL nodes, their semantic connections, and governance weights. Built from galaxy.json generated by galaxy_builder.py from the canonical sterile source documents.

  • No external dependencies — rendered with Three.js bundled offline
  • Nodes sized by connection weight; edges coloured by UKL tier
  • Click a node to inspect its UKL code, description and domain routing
  • P0-compliant: Zero-CDN, offline-capable, no telemetry
